PART2 13 FITTINGOUT GUIDE If you want to connect electrical cable to the building main switch room control panel, prior application in specified form should be pleted and returned to the Management Office 3 days before the works. During the decoration period, immediate application would not be entertained. All the works has to execute after 23:00 hours. You are held solely liable for any loss, damage and claim arising therefrom if Management Office39。 s approval has not been obtained. Submission of Fittingout Plans / Drawings Owners / tenants can submit the plans / drawings to the Management Office for approval. PART2 14 FITTINGOUT GUIDE Additional / Alteration Works on Fire Fighting Installation (including sprinklers, fire alarm.) Alteration / Additional Work on CABD Installation. Such work no matter involve mon or owner’s/tenant’s area must be done by the Developer’s nominated contractor . Decoration Garbage Removal Charge and Decoration Deposit The Management Office will designate a garbage collection station for disposal of garbage during the fittingout period. Owners / tenants are requested to put all their decoration garbage at the aforesaid station. Details of dumping charge please refer to Appendix . The garbage removal charges include the expense of transporting the garbage from collection station to the certain garbage zone set up by the government Garbage removal charge amp。 decoration deposit should reach the Management Office before mencement of work. In case of the debris dumping at the mon area, additional garbage removal charge will be debuted from the decoration deposit (appendix ). Temporary Electricity Supply Owner / Tenants can directly send application to ask for temporary electricity supply by pleting and returning the specified form for approval. Owners/Tenants are requested to pay the temporary electricity supply charges (appendix ) which will be deducted from decoration deposit. The fixing and lease of the temporary electricity must be done by the Developer’s nominated contractor.
